HIT/HITSZ – Cradle of Engineers

Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) is recognized as a prominent member of the C9 League and is often referred to as "the cradle of engineers in China." HIT has established a global reputation, consistently ranking in the top 10 of the US News Ranking for Engineering over several years, and achieving high positions across major global ranking systems. Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen (HITSZ), which was established in 2002 as one of HIT's three campuses, currently hosts over 12,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. More than 80% of the faculty members have either studied or worked abroad, enabling them to teach proficiently in both English and Chinese, while also fostering a global network of research collaborations. HITSZ currently has over 1,000 international students, hailing from more than 60 countries and regions.
